Our employees are monitored at the client locations. We hire employees and are not a placement service. This means we manage our employees at the client sites and by phone as needed. We have full reporting of activities at the client sites on a weekly basis and monitor client comments for quick response. We offer 24-hour customer support in case a client has an immediate concern. Our monitoring keeps our workers reliable and committed in a remote environment at a client home. Helpful Companions, LLC is bonded and insured for our company and all workers.
